Refunds & Returns Policy

At Okema Designs, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and care we put into each product. Because of the personal and handmade nature of our offerings, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or a refund if the product is found to be defective due to manufacturing. Please provide a photo of the defect for our records. We do not assume responsibility for damage caused during transit, and any claims for such damages should be directed to the carrier.

Lost or Misdirected Packages

Once an order leaves our hands, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. In the event that a package is lost or misdirected, please contact the carrier directly. We are unable to assume responsibility for lost or delayed packages, but we will do our best to assist with the process.

Refund Process

Refunds are only offered for defective or damaged products. If you are eligible for a refund, we will notify you once your return or exchange has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
